Our extraordinary collection of flavored honey wouldn’t be complete without buckthorn honey. It is quite a pretty plant to look at and verz good for the human body. In Russia buckthorn is known as “the miracle of siberia” or “the lemon-tree of the north”
5% of this honey consists of buck-whear. For an adult a teaspoon a day is sufficient, for a child half of that. Buckthorn honey is not suitable for children under 3 years.
